We have books, LinkedIn Learning Courses, our own hosted courses here, 1:1 coaching, group & team coaching, speaking options and more!

Ruth comes from a long line of Unicorns and coaches others to be Unicorns whether they are already or aspire to be!

Control how you learn & progress
Private Coaching
We have many ways to work 1:1 with Ruth or another coach or mentor. We have everything from free trial coaching sessions to flexible access 1:1 coaching. We maintain confidentiality at all times, and abide by the ICF and EMCC ethical standards and competencies.
Group programs
We feature group coaching programs that allow you to get coaching for a fraction of the cost AND to build a community at the same time. You still get to work with Ruth. Group and team coaching is the way of the future!
All group members meet with us before being invited to a group to ensure that the group feels safe and welcoming for all.

Creating Custom Programs to meet your needs
We can create programs tailored to your team, organization or group. Just meet with us and let us know what you need. We can bring experts in many fields and aspects of life. We only partner with the best coaches, mentors and trainers.
Test programs
Every month we offer 1 or 2 days of FREE coaching and mentoring. Just check the dates, register for a session and then fill in a form to help us be as prepared as possible. You will receive 20 minutes of laser coaching/mentoring. Designed to get you moving on a specific challenge or opportunity, or just to see if coaching is for you, these sessions afre confidential and follow the same guidelines and ethical principles as our full coaching programs.
