Do I have to use the AI Coaching Assistant?
Protégé, our AI coaching assistant has been developed by Ruth in partnership with Amigo. While we don't recommend coaching with the AI tool without personal coaching with Ruth as well, it is not a requirement to work with the AI coaching assistant. We aim to be totally transparent about when we are using AI. And it is entirely your choice whether to sign up for and use the tool.
What does coaching with Ruth offer that is different?
Ruth's blend of education, experience and expertise is unique. Unlike many people, she does not try to eliminate anxiety, stress or so called "negative emotions". She focuses on identifying your strengths, building adaptability and resilience. She recognizes that you have experiences unique to you and may not realize how resourceful you already are. Ruth embraces the good, the bad and the ugly of life, recognizing that it all runs side by side and that we cannot wait for constant happiness to achieve contentment. She believes the search for happiness often creates more misery, and that when we are content we flourish.
What if our personalities don’t work well together or I am dissatisfied?
Our number one goal is to find you the best coach for YOU. That may be Ruth or it may be someone entirely different. Ruth is never trying to sign you up for a lifetime of coaching. The goal is for you to internalize a coaching mindset so that you can go on your journey feeling self-sufficient and empowered. If you feel Ruth is not a good fit, she will refund your payments and help you find a coach who is right for you at this time. Most coaching relationships with Ruth last 6-12 weeks. A key measure of coaching success for Ruth is when the client says, "I was going to call you, but then I thought "what would Ruth ask me now?" This is when the client is getting ready to move forward on their own.
